Transfer Money From Your Mobile Phone Easy And Secured

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP AND REGISTER (NEW CUSTOMERS):

“If this is your first time to send money through Alfardan Exchange, you can follow these steps to register your profile.”

1. Download the App from Play Store or App Store for free .
2. Choose your language.
3. Tap on “Don’t Know Your PIN?/Or New Registration?
4. Enter your QID number and date of birth and tap “START” to access the registration form.
5. Register your profile by entering your information, check the terms and conditions and Tap NEXT.
6. Verify your number with OTP received on your registered number and tap “NEXT”.
7. Capture a 3 seconds video of you holding the front side of your “QID” and tap “NEXT”
8. Take a picture of your “QID” from front side and tap on “NEXT”
9. Take a picture of your “QID” from back side and tap on  “DONE”

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP AND REGISTER (EXISTING CUSTOMERS):

“If you have ever sent money from Alfardan Exchange branches before, you can follow these steps to register your profile.”

1. Download the App from Play Store or App Store for free.
2. Choose your language.
3. Tap on “Don’t Know Your PIN? /Or New Registration?
4. Enter your QID number and date of birth and tap “START”
5. Verify your number with OTP received on your registered number and tap “NEXT”.
6. Enter your new PIN, check again and tap on “CONFIRM”

HOW TO CREATE A BENEFICIARY:?

1. Tap on “BENEFICIARIES”
2. Tap on “NEW BENEFICIARY”
3. Enter beneficiary details and tap on “CREATE BENEFICIARY”

HOW TO SEND MONEY:

1. Tap on “SEND MONEY”
2. Select “BENEFICIARY”
3. Enter the amount in Qatari Riyals or Foreign Currency, Select the purpose of transfer and source of fund and tap on the “PAY BY QPAY” button.
4. Review the transaction information and tap on “PROCEED TO QPAY”
5. Enter your naps enabled debit card information and tap on continue
6. Verify your number with OTP received on your registered number, then tap on “Continue”.
7. Enter your 4-digit ATM card PIN, then tap on Pay.
