Alfardan Exchange was launched in 1971 in Qatar to meet the demands of a country witnessing a rapid influx of expatriates and overseas businesses. It was also a key source of financing for Alfardan business interests during the early days of the Group.

Alfardan Exchange has become the premier exchange house in Qatar by introducing a wide range of financial services with faster and more cost efficient alternatives to those offered by conventional banks and by offering the best rates and competitive margins.

Alfardan Exchange is well known for being a pioneer in our field by providing unconventional transacting channels and innovative offerings in partnership with leading financial organizations like Western Union, Master Card, Commercial Bank and others. We are the only Exchange House in Qatar with the prestigious membership of the Union of Arab Banks and we are also the exclusive Digital Master Agent for Western Union and provide its services through mobile application and online web portal along with the distinctive services that we provide through our digital portal.
