HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP AND REGISTER (NEW CUSTOMERS):
- Download the App from Play Store or App Store for free. Click here to download

Choose your preferred language.

Enter your QID to validate any associated data, then tap “CONTINUE”.• New Customers will be prompted to enter mobile number and email address (optional) then tap REGISTER.

An OTP is sent to the provided mobile number (and email if provided).

Enter the OTP to verify the mobile number.

Follow in-app instructions to capture a clear photo of your QID (front and back) and take a selfie.

Provide additional information needed.

Create a 4-digit PIN for account security.

Login with your account.
Notes:
- The new customer profile undergoes AML checks.
- Approved: If AML verification passes, the customer can use the app.
- Pending: If AML verification is pending, the customer cannot use the app.

Select your preferred Language to personalize your experience.

Enter your registered mobile number along with the date of birth.

Our system will automatically verify your QID and associated details.

Create a secure 4- digit PIN to complete the mobile registration.
HOW TO CREATE A BENEFICIARY:?

Select the Currency in which country you are sending to

Tap “Send Now”

Tap “Add Beneficiary”

Choose your preferred Payment Method ( Cash Pick-Up, Bank Transfer, or Mobile wallet)

Enter the beneficiary details and tap “Preview”

The beneficiary details will now appear under Beneficiary Management for future transactions.
HOW TO SEND MONEY:
- Choose your preferred payment method: Cash Pick-up, Bank transfer

Select preferred Currency (based on the country you are sending to)

Tap “Send Now”

Select your Beneficiary

Enter the amount in Qatari Riyals or Foreign Currency, then select the purpose of transfer and source of funds and tap “Continue” .

Review the transaction information and tick the box to agree with the User Agreement Policy then tap “Continue”

Choose your payment method (Qatari Debit Card, Ooredoo Money, Apple Pay) and enter the required details.

Verify with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then tap “Continue”

You’ll receive a digital receipt instantly, which you can view anytime in your transaction History.
