T & C – Download, Register, and Get a Free MyBook 2026

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

1.     Definitions:

1.1.  The “promoter” of this offer is Alfardan Exchange Company.

1.2.  “App” means the official Aflardan Exchange mobile application under the name “Alfardan Exchange Send Money” available on supported mobile platforms (app store, google play Huawei  AppGallery).

1.3.  “MyBook” means the third-party digital lifestyle and discount platform providing “Buy One Get One” and other promotional offers.

1.4.  “Membership” means a digital MyBook subscription providing access to offers available through the MyBook platform.

1.5.  User” or “Participant” means any individual who downloads the App and successfully completes the registration and electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC) verification process.

1.6.  “Eligible User” means a User who meets all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.     Campaign Overview:

2.1.  Aflardan Exchange offers Eligible Users one (1) free  MyBook Membership valid from 4 February until 30 December 2026.

2.2.  The Membership is provided free of charge and without any obligation to purchase or subscribe to any paid service.

2.3.  This campaign is valid for a limited time, from 4 February 2026 to 4 May 2026.

3.     Eligibility Criteria:

3.1.  To qualify for the Campaign, the User must:

a.     Download the Aflardan Exchange App

b.     Complete the registration process

c.     Successfully finalize the e-KYC verification in accordance with regulatory requirements in the State of Qatar

d.     Be legally eligible to use the services of Aflardan Exchange under applicable laws in the state of Qatar.

3.2.  Each user is entitled to benefit from this campaign only once and may not benefit from it again under any circumstances.

4.     Activating the Free Membership:

4.1.  Upon successful completion of registration and e-KYC, Eligible Users will see a MyBook banner with a “Claim Now” button displayed on the App’s homepage.

4.2.  By clicking the “Claim Now” button, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of MyBook.

4.3.  Access to MyBook offers will be enabled within the Aflardan Exchange App via an integrated API, without the need for a separate application.

5.     Nature of the MyBook Service:

5.1.  MyBook is a third-party service provider independent of Aflardan Exchange.

6.     Limitation of Responsibility:

6.1.  Aflardan Exchange’s responsibility is strictly limited to:

6.1.1      Providing the Eligible User with free access to the MyBook Membership from 4 February 2026 until 30 December 2026.

6.1.2      Aflardan Exchange shall not be responsible or liable for Any technical issues, errors, or interruptions related to the MyBook platform.
