HOW TO ADD ALFARDAN EXCHANGE MASTERCARD AS BENEFICIARY?

1. Tap on “BENEFICIARIES”
2. Tap on “NEW BENEFICIARY”
3. Enter your details such as full name, gender, mobile number and address
4. Set relation as “SELF”
5. Set payment method as “CREDIT TO ACCOUNT”
6. Set country as “QATAR”
7. Set bank as “Alfardan MasterCard (CBQ)”
8. Set branch as “MAIN OFFICE DOHA”
9. Enter Alfardan MasterCard number
10. Enter your QID number
11. Select beneficiary currency
12. tap on “CREATE BENEFICIARY”

HOW TO LOAD MY ALFARDAN EXCHANGE MASTERCARD?

1. Tap on “SEND MONEY”
2. Select “BENEFICIARY”
3. Enter the amount in Qatari Riyals or in Foreign Currencies, Select the purpose of transfer and source of fund and tap on the “PAY BY QPAY” button
4. Review the transaction information and tap on “PROCEED TO QPAY”
5. Enter your naps enabled debit card information and tap on “CONTINUE”
6. Verify your number with OTP received on your registered number, then tap on “Continue”
7. Enter your 4-digit ATM card PIN, then tap on “PAY”
